Sorry we´ve not been blogging for the last week - we´ve been in the wilderness trekking for the last few days. We arrived in Cuzco (3600m above sea level) on Tuesday (I think) where even taking a small flight of stairs leaves you seriously breathless and slightly nautious. Arrived safely in Lima after 30 hours of travelling, 8 meals, no sleep and some pretty good taxi bargaining by Rich. We forced ourselves to stay awake until 8pm last night and had the best night sleep in ages!! We even felt energetic enough to jump off a cliff this morning......... fortunately both attached to a parachute. Will update more when we get chance, need to email our next hotel reservation!
