Upon leaving Nelson Bay, we took one of the advertised scenic route drives. So we drove most of the afternoon, however didn’t really get far. At around 17.30 we started looking for a campsite to spend the night in.  

Yet again fate seemed to shine down on us because by 18:00 we sere setup at yet again another perfect river side campsite. Hopefully my pictures can better explain just how ideal and tranquil these places are. We were able to make a fire as they supplied a metal bin, and we spent the next 6 hours basically burning and staring at the stars.
