Not such an epic sleep as the previous, but a good one, so a chance to update my blog before sunbathing action (Lauren is still sleeping in - well jel).
After a very relaxing day of sunbathing and dipping in and out of the pool, me and Lauren got the shuttle bus to Abu Dhabi mall - the mall of my dreams! Very lavish, and all the spanish shops I love plus English and American ones too. Shopping is a dream because everyone prays until 8 so the shops are totally empty! I have never seen such a tidy H&M!
Once the bell rang at 8 (sun down), we joined the locals for feasting hour and tucked into phillipino food - very nice. We were actually starving as we are embracing the Ramadan fasting culture!
After a good session of browsing the shops, we settled at Coldstone Creamery (an American favourite of mine) for an ice cream concoction and a little read of our books on the sofas. I really rather like it here!
