I'm not sure how clear the photo attached to this is going to be.. but here it is anyway. Little Sully we saved. He sadly fell from his nest a few days ago but we managed to save him.. I even dug through the mud to find worms to feed him! He currently sleeps just outside our room where he is safe from children and mum knows where he is (she is now feeding him). Another week has passed, we're now on to week 5 of camp (including mini week this is the 6th week) which means only this and 5 others remain! A whole lot of international campers this week, it's cool when it's like this. It's 'time machine week' and my cabins are going in to the future by making things like spacecrafts and alien food.. it should be fun. A lot to catch up on I guess. Monday experienced some real American culture during Canada Day when they said 'why do they celebrate being Canadian, I didn't think Canada was a big deal' - and she was genuinely confused! Awful lol. On Wednesday we had the 'feast' for 4th of July.. even though it was only the 3rd. It's been a while. Quick update - Mini week went well, both of my cabins (as we only had 2 each for mini week) placed in top three in cabin of the week! Week One went even better as Cabin 13 (Kim's cabin, also one that I am in charge of) won! So far so good. Today is the start of week 2 and it's looking good. Today we completed the staff of 2013. Me and Liam took a bus in to the city to greet the 50 remaining staff and bring them home to camp for the summer. It's already been a very long day but I am so excited that we're now all ready to go. Four days of training to follow and then on Sunday our first week of campers will be here to kick start a fantastic summer. Very exciting times. Also, a beautiful day in the Poconos!!
