Today we were shipped to Pocono raceway. We didn't watch any of the race but we walked around the tents. We then went for some food and back to camp to watch a film before getting an early night. Today we have check in and after this there will only be two to go! Crazy. Superhero week this week, it should be a happy one

Day out in Philadelphia yesterday. Possibly my favourite member of IGC staff left early as he's going to volunteer in Peru for a year. A whole group of us went to see him off.. a very good day all in all. The start of week 7 today, just four weeks to go. The Australian junior national team are here for two weeks to train but I imagine it's going to be hard work as their coaches have put so many restrictions on everything (they can't even eat any desserts!). Week 6. Yesterday we had a day off.. me, Kim and Brydee (a Kiwi we work with) went to Delaware Water Gap to relax by the river. It was a nice day to just chill, fairly nice weather too. Today we start week 6, safari week. On Wednesday, as we do every year, we will have a safari hunt. I'm not sure how clear the photo attached to this is going to be.. but here it is anyway. Little Sully we saved. He sadly fell from his nest a few days ago but we managed to save him.. I even dug through the mud to find worms to feed him! He currently sleeps just outside our room where he is safe from children and mum knows where he is (she is now feeding him). Soon he will be big and strong enough to fly back up to the nest, or wherever he may go. There's my up...

Another week has passed, we're now on to week 5 of camp (including mini week this is the 6th week) which means only this and 5 others remain! A whole lot of international campers this week, it's cool when it's like this. It's 'time machine week' and my cabins are going in to the future by making things like spacecrafts and alien food.. it should be fun.
