Get to Rhayader in good time. Taken us approx 2.5hrs to cover 34 miles averaging 14mph. Bodies and bikes are holding up, with the exception of our twitchy bottoms. Up to Llanidloes now to stay at the Red Lion public house.

Brecon, UK

DAY 2: Brecon to Llanidloes, a total of 64 miles. Coffee to wake the day and then off. This is the longest section of the route and my bottom is already hurting. Apparently pile cream helps to numb the pain. We plough on.
