Left Sedona earlyish... beautiful place. Reminds me of Northern Territory, Australia.

Drove through some extremely varied landscapes from rocky deserts, sandy deserts, high plains and forests back to deserts again. Reached Monument Valley about an hour before sunset, then headed 22 miles north to the small town of Mexican Hat, Utah, and my accommodation.

It's hot and dry... luckily the town had a gas station and I re supplied for the following day with waters and HUGE gatorade bottles, which are cheaper than water!
