Thursday. Today was an absolutely beautiful day. I finally got to sleep in a bit and about 11 am I left to go on a day hike to Wallace Falls in Gold Bar, WA. I got to drive by myself and arrived around one. I was a bit skeptical at first because my first visual and first sounds were those of towering electrical lines and the crackling noises they made. Ah yes… Tuesday. Today we all piled into the car and headed for the San Juan Islands. Shaw island in particular. Shaw is one of many smaller islands in the Puget Sound and they are a main tourist attraction in the summer.
