The cooking class was ahhhmazing. The food was good quality and so fresh. Our instructor Sim picked us up in a ute with seats in the side and an awning as a roof at 8.30. We picked up to other people Nadia from Sth Africa who is a chef on a private yacht, and Keith from Esseks who quit his job to write a book about his travels. He promises that we'll be in it.
