Wow, Stonehenge. It was absolutely amazing. I don't know how those stones got there, but I am impressed. I guess a lot of people are expecting something more and they leave disappointed but I was just so excited to be there. I really wanted to jump over the ropes and run around in there. Wouldn't that have been fun!
Sadly, I behaved myself and stayed on the right side of the law (and the ropes). I brought my friend Jeny with us. Four people from GSE decided to go to Amsterdam this weekend so I knew there would be space for extra people. Even though it is against GSE policy, Michael said it would be fine for Jeny to come with us. Jeny is from Bulgaria and this is her first semester at London Met. She's like my little sister or something and I love hanging out with her. And she likes American English better English English, so we laugh at all the funny sayings together.
We were only at Stonehenge for about an hour. An hour is really all you need. You just walk around the stones and try to find the best place to snap a shot or two. I enjoyed myself though. Next stop Bath.
