Nǐ hǎo Guangzhou!!! We arrived into Guangzhou at 4am Brisbane time and because of the delay had missed our connecting flight to Beijing. They promptly herded us onto a bus and drove to a quiet and deserted part of the city to a motel for 2 hrs before getting back on the bus and going back to Guangzhou airport for our next flight.
The beds were rock solid, no aircon and when you has a shower it drenched the toilet as well.
Jetlag was starting to set in and still a long way to go....
