We went to Goa to relax and rejuvenate after a hard month travelling...BUT we left as totally lazy beach bums!!! Anyway, Goa is so lovely! We arrived in Udaipur from Jodhpur and it was a nice change from the city as it was set on a lake and seemed alot cleaner and less crowded. We arrived in Jodhpur after the bus ride from hell! We thought we had booked a tourist bus but instead got the "local" bus! They have no sense of danger and crammed as many people as possible in to a tin can on wheels for the 5 hour journey through the desert with no proper roads and no 4 wheel drive!! Pushkar itself is only a small place round a holy lake so there wasn't anything to see like other places but it was really chilled out and relaxing to spend a few days NOT sightseeing!!
