My plan was to wake up at Dion's and explore his Kondo facilities such as go to the gym and have a swim. I was pretty tired from all the walking the day before so I slept in a bit. I woke up getting ready to go visit Sentosa and Vivo City. I was a bit lazy and caught a taxi directly to the cable car. It was handy I guess as the driver gave me tips for the day as the taxi drivers are very friendly and talkative. The cable car took me from Singapore to an island called Sentosa. It was a theme park, accommodation and Universal Studios. There were lots of attractions and rides but I ended up just strolling around and visiting the free things. I mainly went to the beaches. They were very pretty but had been man made. I spent some time at Palawan beach just laying in bikinis and swimming. This beach was long and wide with less restaurants and facilities. I then walked to the other beach Sisco which was much smaller with stacks of restaurants. I spent sometime there as well relaxing. I was so tired and lacked energy so fell asleep so easily. I walked up through all the different areas of the park finding my way back to the cable cars. I was so glad I had visited in the morning as it had become a lot more crowded. I caught the cable car to Faber Park directly in line with Sentosa just on the mainland. There were lots of restaurants and accommodation here with the walks and view points far away so I was lazy and only had a quick explore. I had gathered blisters from the walking the day before. I used the cable car to go back to where I started the day walking to Vivo City for some shopping as I had heard some of my European favourites were there including forever 21. I shopped but it was not like Europe the shops were much smaller and more expensive. I enjoyed some Llaollao as well. I was going to taxi back but the line was so long and I couldn't phone book as my phone didn't work so I trained. It was so easy I'm unsure why I hadn't trained around the whole time. Very cheap as well. From the train station to Dion's place is 1km it was a long sweaty walk back. I freshened up and packed my bags when I got back. Dion came home and we watched the footy. We then went to his local eating area and ate at this cute little Asian stall place. We shared dumplings including the dumplings with soup inside with him teaching me how to eat them. I am not usually a massive fan of dumplings but they were really yum. We walked back to his place and watched Zootopia before me getting picked up to go to the airport around 11pm. My time at the airport went very fast and I was soon boarding the 8 hour plane trip back to Australia. What a great trip. I was glad I had visited Singapore on the way home. Such a beautiful clean city. One of my favourite cities in the world. I was really dreading returning to the cold and work.
