It was a very sad day as we were leaving the Vila and saying goodbye to Dion. As every other morning we woke up and had breakfast outside over looking the water. We woke up pretty tired after the wedding and were a little bit relieved that the surf lesson had changed from 9am till 1.30pm due to jelly fish at Weligama. Early morning is a bit of an understatement for this morning for our day tour we got picked up at 3.30am. We took our pillows with us and we had a two and a half hour attempt of sleep in the car until we reached Udawalawe National Park. We transferred from van to a 4 wheel drive explorer car similar to a jeep. Woke up to another beautiful day in paradise springing out of bed and standing on the balcony admiring the sea views. At 8 am we enjoyed breakfast on the front lawn with some boiled eggs and crepes.
