Tk: we hired bicycles and cycled around town for a bit then went in for the first fittings of our tailored clothes, we were both very happy with the results, just a few minor adjustments. We then cycled to the beach and paddled in the South China Sea which was very warm. We then had our first Vietnamese massage, for Jess it was her best yet, for me almost as Good as the beating I received in Bangkok! This was our first free day for ages so we wanted to have a fairly relaxed day. In the evening we had a final clothes fitting followed by an amazing meal in a seafood restaurant. There were five of us and three of us ordered the seafood platter, which contained tiger prawns, clams, scallops, perch, crab and calamari with an assortment of Asian dipping sauces. Hoi an is a lovely city, very walkable and full of great shops, cafes and restaurants, facing a river and near the beach. The only downside is that is full of tourists, but I suppose you can't have it both ways!
