Well, two-ish weeks out and I'm 1/4 packed. Just "stuff" for right now. I won't pack clothes until the day before. And, I have to go buy a new package of socks since mine are so full of holes that it's not even funny! I still can't believe that I finally get to go!

My husband and I are going as part of a Compassion International Sponsor Tour. We get to go to Compassion Projects and see the children that benefit from the funds that come from their sponsors, from the funds that come from donors wanting to just give money, and from the work that the employees do. This is John's second trip while this will be my first. It's also my first trip out of the country at all. I've never even been to Canada or Mexico.

I am hoping to keep up to date while we are in Brazil, but don't hold it against me if I don't! :) More to come later.
