So here I am - home - jet lagged and tired.....but the workout I done and the roast I have to look forward to is helping.

WOW what an adventure I have just had, it was different from every other time I have visited the USA, as this time it was an organised coach tour, but it was good.....such a different experience to what I am used to...I got to see stuff that I would never of seen as it was off the beaten track, I got to meet some wonderful people...some days it was hard as I am a bit of a loner and prefer to be on my own but then other days it was good being part of a group and included in stuff.

I have seen so much, so many amazing experiences and for that I am truely grateful

What an amazing 2 weeks - memories forever
