WOW! Just got back from GAlapagos which was amazing. Eight days aboard a ship with 6 crew and 16 in our group. REally good group and met some kindred spirits. Beautiful scenery, blue blue sea and sunshine. Lots of snorkelling - with sealions, eagle & sting rays, turtles and white tipped sharks. First time in my life i have sunbathed on a beach surrounded by sealions! Saw loads of animals - boobies, frigate birds, flamingoes, giant tortoises, fur seals, ...

Had to check my last postcard to see when i'd last written! So, since last wrote made it to Puerto Lopez for a couple of days- travelling with 2 canadian couples. The coast was beautiful - overcast weather but hot and the sea a lovely temp. After a 28 rather than 25 hour bus journey I arrived here last night rather hot and tired! En route we were stopped about five times for passport checks, had someone removed just after the border by the police and reversed up a dual carriageway before being pulled over by the police!
