We arrived at Franz Josef where we had the first day of rain and wasa freezing cold! We had planned to do the Glacier hike so the worst the day possible it could rain! We still decided to go ahead and do the hike after a talk on safety from the guide as the rain was due to get heavier and we werenot guarenteed to even see the glacier's as we had an hour hike through a rain forrest and across a river first! We finally arrived in Rotorua after are coach braeking down in the middle of nowhere! luckly another coach passing by could fit us all in! We went straight to a maori cultural show which was pretty cool went into a little village to see how they used to live and saw a couple of performances and songs. We were banned from laughing! Which obviously made us want to laugh even more! :D Ate loadsa food that was cooked in a stove underground! YUM!

We decided to go blackwater rafting in Waitomo caves to see the glow worms! This was much more scary then I first thought! We traveled along narrow tunnels in dark caves in rubber rings and had to throw ourselves backwards down waterfalls. I actually found this more scary than the sky dive! As you can see from my face on the picture! :D

We got picked up by Rachel's brother in Auckland when then took us to his home in Waiuku! I realised he lived he lived on a macadamia nut farm! I had then had to inform I was allergic to nuts and a vegetarian! :D he took us down to his local beach where a had a tiny crab attach himself to my foot as soon a walked in the sea! Aww!

Toady we travelled up to Greymouth (unfortunately had the German sat in front of us all the way!) We stopped and pancake rocks took a few pics then moved on! Greymouth was a pretty sleepy town not much going on! All to do is a brewery tour around Monteiths, this was educational as i now know my favourite beer in NZ which is Monteith's radler!
