It's so much better to look at your fantastic exotic photos than my med lectures! David and I are also extremely jealous of your flower petal baths and close encounters with monkeys (esp. the ones that are not mean .... yet!). I'm in med school in Canberra at the moment dreaming of exotic beaches and adventures while learning how to take sexual histories form patients (what a handy skill!)Anyway I hope that you are very happy and that more great pictures are coming soon!
Cheers

Hey Jems!
Wow, thanks for starting (and so far maintaining) this blog - it's so cool being able to keep up with your travels.
So, compliments on the monkey story which made me actually laugh out loud, rather explosively too!
And wow, yeah totally jealous of the retreat. OMG! Alex has been muttering about going to Bali or Thailand, so i'll be showing him these photos for sure.
The pic on the album cover, I thought that was some seasoned zen yogi doin the wierd pyramid upside-downey thing, so imagine my serious impressed-itude when I came to that photo in the gallery and it was none other than our Jems, all hardcore! Nice one!
OK, I'm a bit excited, but it's all just so cool!
Here's a Sydney update - it's pissing rain, has been for nearly a week! And we're not talking little smatterings, we're talking it's been raining solid for 2 days, with wobbly grey for 2 days before that. On the bright side, my herb garden's going gang busters.
Please oh please write more blogs soon and often!
Much love, Georgie
