Hello All! I am in paradise at the moment,Coffee bay is so beautiful and i am about two hours away from any civilisation!This backpackers i am staying in is AMAZING!In every little corner there are these big hammocks where you can just relax and watch the sunset over looking this stunning bay!As i arrived late the first night i got to sleep early as i wanted to explore the next day!(being today) I awoke this moring with the sound of waves crashing down onto the beach with the sun shining straight in my eyes!For the first time after 5weeks of travelling i find HP Brown Sauce!I was so happy,so i treated myself to a full english breakfast covered with brown sauce(sounds very boring i know but its a big thing when travelling lol) After the breakfast me and a few others from the hostel went on a cultural tours of the local xhosa village,where we were taken to a families house and treated to a traditional meal(boiled cabbage and pap) then we played football with the local kids which was so fun and also a good eye opener to see how some people acturally live!Whilst we were there we witness a pig being slaughted,boys being circumsised and a lady given birth!so its pretty hectic!!I then spent the rest of the day sufing with this South African girl until the sun went down!I am getting alot better now at surfing and may enter a competition for a laugh! After this evening delicious home cooked roast dinner,i spent the rest of the evening playing the african drums around the fire on the beach with this digerdoo player who was amazing! I am just on the way to bed now so ill write tommorro! Matt xx
