I'm fairly certain it's Tuesday - probably a good sign that I'm starting to forget which day of the week it is. Returned from the Beckett's Farm at Choma yesterday arriving back at Maramba River Lodge at about 17.30. Jacquie, Sarah, Tom & Diane had been up in a helicopter over the Falls & say it's stunning - probably a bit on the expensive side for us.
Dinner at the Waterfront by the Zambezi last night. Arrived just as darkness fell so could only just see the river.
Up at 5.45 this morning. Saw a young crocodile on the bank of the river just below the hotel bar.
After breakfast it's off to the Falls - There can't be many tourists who've been in Livingstone so long without actually seeing them! - Although from the terrace of the hotel you can clearly see (and hear, when it's quiet) The Smoke that Thunders.
