Hi all! Sorry it has been so long since the last entry it's been hard to find the time on a computer that isn't really really slow! We are back in Bangkok now and our group tour of Indochina is over which we are very sad about! The last few weeks have just been crazy! After Hue we headed to Halong bay where we spent the day relaxing on a private junk boat, eating delicious sea food and visiting caves. The next day we went to Hanoi (the capital of Vietnam) and spent a lot of time shopping as well as watching the water puppets and visiting the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. After 2 nights in Hanoi it was time to depart for Laos and all I can say about our time there is that it was completely different to anything we had experienced! Instead of visiting museums and temples we did rock climbing, tubing, caving, elephant trekking and visiting waterfalls. We have had so much fun its crazy! We had our last overnight train last night which brought us back to Bangkok! We will be here until Monday when we jump on a flight to Hong Kong to spend 4 days there (yes we will be visiting Disney Land as tacky as that may be!) and then we head to Beijing to start our 8 day tour of China finishing in Shanghai. We haven't managed to find a flight out of Shanghai to Bangkok at the moment it is proving to be a real problem to find a cheap direct flight but we are working on it! Anyway we shall return with more stories sometime over the next week. Hope everyone is well, love and miss you all.
