On way to Sihanoukville we stopped off at Spiderville. Due to the country being poor people did resort to eating fried tarantulas which you can still buy here there were women walking around with baskets full of them YOU SHOULD AVOID THE MIDDLE CAUSE IT CONTAINS EXCRIMENT & EGGS! Our tour guide ate the middle! Whitney tried a leg & got quite a taste for it so kept going back for more!! Crazy Americans well i suppose they did invent McDonalds!

Sihanoukville beach was a little different from Thailand the beach is full of children begging & trying to sell you things which was upsetting cause you cant posibbly help them all & if you buy from one they all crowd around you. They are good kids though & are so cute & confident & funny very different from chidren back home i think its cause we are brought up to stay away from strangers but here people jst hand their babies ova to you on the public bus! We went to a club & tried out a kareokie bar but all the songs were in Cambodian so Sok & our taxi driver had to serinade us for the evening.

Went to an excellent bar called 'Monkey Republic' it was western owned ive never been so excited by bisto gravey, pg tips & chunky chips! But the best bit has to be that its 75p a cocktail & 50p a beer! We met 3 cute ozzie guys there bet they were glad of the cheep drinks when they had to pay for an all girl tour of 12 girls!

Jaynes tips for Cambodia!

1) Dont look out of the window while on the bus the driving is crazy they dont keep to any particular side, when you come to something in the road you dont slow down jst honk at it & move around it if it doesnt move 1st or jst drive ova it which our bus did do to a goat!

2) Keep 100% debt insect repellent away from anything! Mine leeked & has desintegrated my whole washbag but i continue to put it on my skin???

3) Dont look down whilst peeing! (you have to use a squat to understand why)
