well you certainly seem to be having a varied time - cooking course on the beach - what could be better- did you get an apron to keep? I still have mine from Thailand, although sadly I don't often cook pad thai. I still do thai green curry but it's so much easier using a mix from a jar!!! But I'm sure you two will be purists.
Keepon having fun

Jay / Rach,
Loving the blog - Jay really funny / well written, Rach you seem to be providing good 'material' (the puppy story is hilarious) ... Jay I can feel a novel comin on! Seriously.
India sounds fairly tough, but I am sure in time to come you'll look back on it fondly. Rach - time is a good healer...
The tiger experience must have been incredible! Loving the photos to! I had a chuckle at one thinking Jay's found an Aussie Joe Smale lookalike, only then to think - actually is his brother out there?
News from my end, I finally got chartered - so am finally an Architect. Planning on moving in with Soph in March/April too.
Stay safe you two, the trip sounds epic. Has certainly perked up my other horrible monday morning at work (they are always tough, but after a double header, I am generally suicidal).
