This was another restaurant featured on Man vs Food. I had their famous Sopapilla stuffed with shredded chicken, red and green chili salsa, and cheese, with a side of beans and potatoes, topped with what you see in the picture. I couldn't even finish half of it!

I started to see the desolate landscape of Texas. The only chance I had to use my phone was hopping from tower to tower with black out moments for miles in between. It felt kinda good to know that I was detached from the technology world for a moment.
