Jan 26, 2013
Brend and Lar Hi you two :) Nean your emoticons are very cool, they seem to add to an already interesting and entertaining blog. It is good you guys got to experience a special holiday there. This one is probably more personal to India than any other. Good pics again, at least the camel didn't spit on you :) that would not have been great heh. Hope you found some live music, what happened to your guide? We are very anxious to have you both back home and the count down is on!! :):) Sending lots of love and hugs
Jan 26, 2013
Brend and Lar Good to see you three had a great day! Really good tree climbing trees :) Nice to get out and about and find some good food to boot.......and a tasty glass of wine. Bette Rae The blog and pictures are great! Sorry to hear about the dead furnace at Jason's place....it's always something. Glad Jason is feeling better and able to see something except the hospital.
Jan 24, 2013
Brend and Lar Thanks for the photos :) of the pigs :) :), actually they look quite skinny :(. Do they eat pork? You both look great and had quite a walk. It's wierd how they will sweep the grass in the park but not clean up the garbage by the creek ?!?! Priorities I guess. Kids are cute, wonder if they get to see many tourists. Pictures are great, hope your guide gets back to you. Take care, sending lots of love Brend and Lar
Jan 24, 2013
LuAnne You think they painted the cow's horns orange? I have a picture in my mind ~ involves somebody getting hurt holding the cow ~ lol! I'm so glad you got to get out and hope Surjiio shows up so Jason can have his rickshaw ride! So, just wondering, when do you leave the hospital to come home? Do you leave on the 28th or arrive home on the 28th? If you arrive home on the 28th you must be leaving in a few days? Enjoy your last bit of time in India ~ we look forward to some hugs !!!! Lots of love, Nan & Cameron

Collette Gagne I took my boy out for a walk to the market and we bought pear apples for a treat. An Indian lady asked us what the fruit tasted like, and together we described them as juicy, crunchy, sweet pear like fruit. We crossed the street and back and bought a pound of coffee! Jason enjoyed his walk but climbing the ten flights of stairs was a bit tough for him. Jason made my day by telling the college guy that I was the best cook in the whole world:).
Jan 19, 2013

Cheers!
Collette Gagne
Great comments everyone, I am so glad you are enjoying our trip with us!
John Heard
I admire your courage and commitment as always. The prayer mat is out for you and Jason. I love the photos and am super happy that you are managing to find some time to see some sites. Living in Edmonton's South East corner I can relate to a lot of the local dress, art and architecture (LOL)! I understand that there is quite the issue over the street dogs as they are such a part of the culture. Some say they must go while others are adamant that they must stay. Cheers! John
Collette Gagne
Keep the comments coming!!!!
