I am a traveling woman. I have been to France and Italy several times with my best friend and her sisters & niece. We started with group tours and then decided to go a more "local" type of trip. We rent apartments. This allows us to get to know our adopted neighborhoods, shop where locals shop, visit cafes and bars off the beaten trail and really immerse ourselves in the culture. I am getting ready to take a cruise with my cousins and my aunt (she is 91 and my inspiration for travel).
