Arrived in Dublin. Good flight......went to pick up our Ford Focus rental car. The car hire lady had just dealt with grumpy Yanks. She was so pleased to see a couple of smiling Aussies that she gave us a free upgrade to a brand new BMW. How good is that! Good manners wins over bad attitude....
