Hi Jamie - I've been so busy sobbing over Rosie's departure I haven't had a chance to email you until now. I thought it would be a good idea to give you Rosie's blog a/d, which is same as yours + /rosieaj. I'm astonished that no-one has bagged it before her, but perhaps this is such a new set-up that not many people have taken advantage of it yet. Sydney is heaven isn't it? Have you been to one of those cafes on the harbour front (Circular Quay I think it's called) and just hung out watching the world go by? Please will you give my love to Joanna - it's years and years since I saw her, so some photos of her & family posted on your blog would be fab! Anyway, hope you're having a ball - give our love to Whale Beach if you get there xxxx Louise

Hi Jamie! lucky you being in Sydney. As Debbie says it's grey and a bit damp in London so we are all even more jealous of you being in such a fab city. Send my love to Joanna aswell, would love to see some pics of her and her family, i can't remember the last time i saw her, and have never seen her family. I see Emma has posted you a message, this time last year she was out there too. You're very good posting your photos so regularly, keep it up, we are all very interested in seeing where you are x

Hi Jamie
Just logged on to your travel journal - I'm very jealous sitting here in grey old London! You certainly look like your having a fab old time of it. It seems strange you being so far away but so near! I'll get Abs to set-up a travel journal too - it's brilliant. Can't wait to see your pics of the Great Barrier Reef.
Lots of love

Lovely talking to you - sweet of you to remember Mothers Day (Thanks to Joanna no doubt). Glad you arrived safely, could not get over getting a text from you -whilst sitting in Annie's kitchen with the rain pelting down outside- saying you were on the ferry in Sydney Harbour just going past the opera house - isn't technology marvellous!
So glad you are with them,in comfort for a few days, make the most of it! I would love to see their house but it involves getting on a horrid plane for far too long.
Hope Joanna isn't being too embarassing with the old photos of us - see we were young once too?!
Lots of lovexxxxxxxxx

hey jamie
sounds like ure having a good time.
u in oz now? whereabouts? so many questions i forgot to ask before u left. how are u getting from sydney to cairns? u have to stop off at the gold coast, surfers paradise, cant remember the names but there are quite a few animal sanctuaries we went to where u play with kangaroos (so cute!) and koala bears (even cuter!!). are u in sydney now or melbourne? it is melbourne ur going to isnt it? anyway i loved sydney, felt really at home there. bondai beach is really cool. and nice bars round there. oh yeah and are u going to frasier island? when i went we couldnt go in the sea cos it was a tiger shark feeding area. loved it. and the whitsunday islands are beautiful.
sorry i just have too much to say. i hope ur having a good time. tell me exactly where u r and ill try and tell u good places to go, but my blonde brain is like a sieve!
take care
and HAVE FUN!

Thanks for sending so many photos - I must work out how to save them for you sometime. Not the most flatttering one of you I have ever seen! I'm sure you didn't have that double chin when you left.
Who is the other bloke?
Ed has just gone to the Chelsea match, Michael rang to say he had a spare ticket. No doubt he will let you know the result on his return.
He is going to cook me lunch tomorrow for Mothers Day!
Safe flight to Sydney. Keep in touchxxx

Hi Jamie
Sorry I wasn't very chatty last time - forgot to write anything!
You must have arrived in Australia by now, so you will probably be on the beach, marvelling at nature's bounty. Splendid!
Not sure what's happening in the Ghetto today, but here in Nice it's raining. This winter has been a shocker - we've hardly seen the sun since November. You're definitely in the right spot.
All send love from here. Talk soon, and give my love to Joanna
