that bungalow looks freakin sweet, better than anything in England. Somethings up with this message board it types over stuff like word somethings does, but no woorriiesssss. cheers for getting that rolex, maybe you could bring us back a tiger skin in Malasia for the lounge? Or the skin of a dead Kuala Lumpur buisness man, i'm sure there's enough weapons on sale to find one suitable for taking out a human
Send me an e-mail instead of the message board, i can't stand the typing over thing its doing, its taken me about 15 minutes just to do this one post!

J - suggestions as to where to go from two of the team here in Newbury, one of whom has family in Malaysia and the other spent a long time in Oz. Malaysia - Tamanegara National Park, tropical rain forest, 3 hrs coach from KL (also in 100 things to do before you die book!), and Cameron Highlands, tea plantations, trekking, cooler temperatures, 2hrs from KL. Australia - Whitsunday Islands, on your route down from Cairns to Brisbane. Hope the mountain warriors can fit these into the schedule.

James, safe mate. How's tricks? Silly question you are in paradise, while i'm stuck as many miles as one can get from paradise "Manchester" where the rain never stops. If only i knew i could buy a degree in thailand, then maybe i would be travelling too. I gave george your web address, he's in NZ or OZ at the moment but maybe you'll cross paths eventually. Stuart rankin is off travelling soon, think he's hitting the african nations first but if you want i'll let him know your page too. Top idea the web page, i'm well impressed. The moon parties in thailand are supposed to be mint. Let me know how it goes or went. Nevermind eating scorpions get on the dog mate. Its pancake day, maybe you could combine the two. Anyway i got to go cook myself some pancakes, so i'm off. P.S. Has alex got into oxford yet, or has he given that idea up? Later my friend.

Jamie, beer episode was a timely warning - watch out for the obvious taxi scams too. Always worth asking how much before you get in. If they don't understand, take another cab. Always travel together too - can't imagine why you wouldn't. Very nice first photos - great to see some of what you are up to. If you do find a decent broadband connection, make sure you send the best first. You most certainly will fill the card many times over during the trip, and it will be good to have as many as possible saved and backed up at home. Hope you have made some forward plans for the next leg - let us know when you can. Phone contract will give you domestic prices (plus 75p per call) while you are in Oz, NZ, Fiji, and Egypt, but voice calls will be expensive elsewhere. Not sure precisely how much text will cost, but it will be considerably cheaper than voice everywhere. Keep safe. Dad

Hi dad Im using what is apparently broadband in this little internet cafe. you sit on cushions on the floor and its pretty slow but its only a quid for 2 hours. Hopefully i will be able to put all the photos on this site but I cant send any full size ones to u yet because it will take forever. I might put them on cd and post them to u but I still have loads of spare room on the camera. I will let u know cheers
