Hi Guys,
Just been taking a look through your blog. It looks like and sounds like your having an amazing time although you are missing out on a cold, wet & windy London, not to forget the fighting through the Christmas shoppers although it does help to make for a much more welcoming boozer!
Obviously we would much prefer to be in South America or on our way to Oz, the sun shining and a cold beer.
Wishing you both a continued fantastic trip and a wonderful Christmas - roasted guinea pig and rice - just rice for you then Jodie!

Hi James & Jodie,
Just managed to log onto the blog, "it's great" sat here for hours reading everything and looking through the photo's. Me & Kirstie are really jelous!!! Rachel is recovering well, lost about 50% of her hair, but it is expected to grow back in the new year.
Life in Bn is really good at the minute. don't want to say too much on this open forum, but things have improved. (New brush etc).
Just busy with the silly season at the minute. lots of Xmas parties before leave. We've been warned of for Afghan early 09. so are busy brushing up. State opening of Parliment went well it was a great experiance for all those involved. Well I will go now. hope the rest of your trip goes well, enjoy every minute until you hit the real world again. Love and best wishes, The Blands!!!

Hi guys. Good phot. John Whitehouse is trying to come up with something mildly amusing as a comment for it...as you know, that may take some time! So while we wait I'll give you some s***! I see that you're rapidly trying to become the next Judith Chamers with your reviews of places you're staying in (like Pousada Hibiscus Beach if that was you?). Fortunately you've been blessed with the looks required for radio! Penny and I are looking forward to your continued reports so we can plan ours better. Keep it up! See you soon. Scotty and Penny

Hi James & Jodie,
Loving the blogs - the Galapagos Islands one had me crying with laughter at times (James - you should take this writing lark up properly). Very envious indeed of what looks to be an amazing trip.

Hi you two.
Sounds like you are having a great time in Brazil. I love the facial hair James - strangely sexy! I am expecting you to look like that thing off starwars by the time you get back!. Must admit to being slightly worried about you getting into taxis etc late at night in some of the places you are staying!
The King of Scotland send his regards James (what he actually said is too rude to post!) and lots of love to Jodie.
Look after eachother. A x
