We got there a few days before the Full Moon Party, and every night it just builds up for the big one. To prepare for it we had to do a centurion to make sure we were hardcore enough. After Samui Jahmez was ill and we both needed to chill out for a few days, Koh tao is probably the best place imaginable for doing that. Beaches and Snorkling in the day and chilled out bars with movies in the evening. Jahmez was too ill so i had to snorkel with sharks on my own. The paradise island form the beach really is paradise. Sheer limestone cliffs drop down to crystal clear water and coral reefs, and then there's the beaches. Singapore is just a huge city, but theres not really that much there. It is so clean and well organised that you can walk around the whole place without having to leave the comfort of an air conditioned shopping mall. Chinatown is chinese and little india is well...indian but it is such an international place that you could almost be in London. The sights and the shopping were great but we only stayed a couple of days in favour of heading to cheaper malaysia.
