Litchfield Park (17.07.2012): Today we drove 117km from Darwin to Litchfield Park National Park. The roads are great: all very straight and mostly single lanes with very little traffic. I have had a go at driving and like it. It is nice to be high up. I can't for the life of me park the thing though! After driving through Batchelor our first stop was the Magnetic Termite Mounds. Darwin (16.07.2012): We have made it to OZ! Arrived at 5:00 am, the flight was less than 4 hours but with the time difference we have shot forward a few hours. Landed feeling very tired. Everyone will be pleased to note that my hat made it - just! It was inspected for insects at customs. They were pretty strict but in the end they decided it was harmless.
