Well up early aging to go on a london double decker bus tour with Sarah!!
It was quiet warm so we sat up the top with the roof of and enjoyed the sun shine.. We had a comontater which made it so much more interesting.. Whith these tours you can hop on and off all day so you can see everything and they are resonably cheap.. We got of first at Buckingham palce for the changing of arms where ther were thousands of people pushing and shoving just to see the gaurds we sat down and got trampled on a few times but it was werth it as the palace was beautiful and perfect.. even had tea with the Queen!! Ha Ha..
We then got back on th bus at the next station and got off at Westminster Abbey you have to pay to get in there so i was humming and haring about going inside but i am soo glad that i chose to as it was truly amasing!! There stain glass windows, the tombs and the arcitechture was one of a kind that is for sure.. worth every pound i payed..
Back on the bus again and over the Westminster bridgetaking photos of Big ben and My gosh it is BIG!!! I think i took photos of everything in sight today!!! We stoped of at the London Eye which is like a huge ferris wheel with capsuals on it that are glass so when you go round you can view the whole of london the sights are awsome!! You can even see the people inthe park with there sun beds out getting a tan as they do not have many back yards over here it looks hilarious...
Then off on a cruise down the river Thames which is quiet dirty but the cruise was extremely interesting to find out the history.. We stoped off at the london bridge and i could'nt quiet grasp the fact that i was actually at London Bridge it was a great feeling.. Got off the boat and had a look around the Tower of London where they used to keep people in the Dungeons and the walls were soo high i was not going to attempt to climb over in a hurry!!
Then back on another bus and crusing around past appartments were Modonna lives when she comes here and Posh and Becks and most of the stars really, But they could'nt fit me in therer schedule today unfortanatley!! We stoped of at all the Monoply Board Game stations and ended in Leicter square where we saw Musical tickets for sale. I have never really been interested in them but Sarah said they were great and i should go with her so we brought tickets to Dirty Dancing...
Back to the Hostel in Russel Square and had a bight to eat and got ready to go to Dirty dancing... Off we went me not knowing what to expect and honestly i thought it would be kind of courney!! But it turned out to be the oposite and was exactually like the movie which is one of my old time favourites and it gave me shivers down my spine and i even admit i cryed!!! HA HA Most of the crew were the original cast from Australia which was great and a chick from Home and Away was the main dancer... I was soo glad that i spent my money to go see the show and would love to go to another one some time.
It was great having sarah here as she knew of all the great things to see and do and it was good to have some one with me that i knew made it soo much easier to get used to being on the otherside of the world!!
