Jacob's Journal
It has been a week since my last entry. But i wanted to write this because we encountered the mongols a few days ago. The mongols were a large nomadic people. But they seemed alot more friendly than tales told, even to tourists. They controlled most of the silk road and made lots of profit off of it. But they also excelled in pottery and usually raised herds and grew up shepherds. i didnt see any violence in them except in the soldiers who i once saw training. of the animals i encountered here i saw more variety, such as goats and dogs. the dogs helped control the herds of sheep and the goats were used for milk. I think this is my last stop though, i would like to get back home, but this journey has been fun.
