Well, bit of a change since I last wrote - Jack's work offered him a job for as long as he wants it, so I ended up not taking the job in Auckland and we moved down to Tauranga. We arrived in New Zealand on Saturday, and have been busy job hunting, opening bank account, flat hunting and getting tax numbers to work! It's really cold here - being in 30 degrees heat for 3 months doesn't really prepare you for the cold winters here! We arrived at about 10.30am, and unfortunately were pretty jet lagged!
