Well, it's 30th September and the day has finally arrived for Jim and Kev to pack as many malt loafs as possible and head to Cardiff to undertake the Lon Las Cymru cycle ride from Cardiff to Holyhead. The planning of the this ride has not been without its delays following Jim breaking his leg and Kev his ribs.
