Sawa di khaa!
Phuket was awesome cos of the surf.. Im definitely gonna miss that place. I loved the ska bar, I think it's one of the best bars I've ever been to. And the people in Kata were so relaxed and easy to approach. Im planning to go back!
I forgot to tell you guys about the WHALE SHARK I saw at Ko Tao when I was diving! Im a real lucky b****** because some people have over 2000 dives on them and they havent seen one. I have now 12 dives and I saw the freackin 4-5m fish in twice, two days in a row! It was amazing. I was staring at it for half an hour. You will get some pictures later when Scott send them to me first.
Bangkok is still big, hot and stinky. Stinking hot. Heaps of touts all over trying to get me to buys stuff and ummfff.. I went for a little discovery run today, just to spice things up a bit. I was heading towards the Grand Palace (pictured), on a ferry and I decided to jump off on another stop. I found myself in the middle of a thai market, with only thai people and everything written and shouted in thai. No touts or tourists..ah, what an amazing feeling. I found myself in another temple and went inside, no one seemed to mind me being there. It was exciting!! ...and then I went to the grand palace and again gound myself surrounded by touts, tourists and the boring sequence of the thai(tourist) street.
I think I will go shopping now just to get somewhere air-conditioned..it's stinking hot once again. Hopefully I will run into my new thai friends, funny as hell, and we can go shopping and dancing like they did in the eighties. That's what we did last night and it all seemed normal.
