My family - both parents and older brother - just left for Kampot, the beach province in southern Cambodia. Here I am in Phnom Penh, alone with naught but one night in a hotel, a little cash, and a bus ticket to the rainforest that straddles the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam border. No other real plans, except to meet them back here in 6 or 7 days. Life is good.
