19th October Thursday, I finally bid a sad farewell to Queensland and boarded the plane to Darwin. I love flying, and was excited by the prospect of a short enough flight that I was able to opt for a window seat without fear of driving the person sitting between me and the aisle to distraction by asking them to get up so I could go to the loo every half hour...
