Today was our last day in Dorset with our extended family. We went up to a lookout at Ringstead Harbour, which gave wonderful views out over towards Portland. We spent the rest of the day at Lulworth Cove, which is a natural horseshoe shaped Harbour formed over 10,000 years ago. It has steep cliffs leading down to the pebble beaches surrounding cove, making it look like a classic "smugglers cove". The boys played in the water and on the beach until Freddie and Barney had to leave to return to London with Chris and Caroline who have to work tomorrow. The rest of us had lunch together at a cafe in Lulworth Cove before returning to the house. Geoff and I packed the car and Matthew and Oliver said goodbye to their Grandma and Granddad and Aunty Vic and cousins Thomas and Owen who are all returning to Australia over the next few days. We decided to stay the night at a B&B near Bristol airport to make it easier to catch our flight to Geneva tomorrow morning.
