To all my friends (that should be just one or two of you):
As you know I am about to embark on my Rocky Mountain Adventure back to the land of lakes, mountains and...Mormons, and so I thought I would write a travel diary rather than send emails to everyone. So I hope it proves eventful and a good read.

Most of you know that I spent 9 yrs in the USA, seven of which were in Utah. My last trip to the USA, back in 2002, was to Los Angeles, the last place I lived. I have not been back to Utah since the year 2000 and I just felt I needed to go back and reconnect with my friends out there and also with the land that I loved. I have always loved the Rockies and I really feel at home and at peace when I am there.
So friends, read and enjoy, and I will see you in three weeks (if not before).
