Sunday afternoon in Barcelona sat on a roof top drinking vanilla tea with a Romanian heavy metal´r! How more odd can this trip get?
Photographs really will follow, when logging on today the photo suite was down for maintenance. I really am in Barcelona though and have just gone to Cotswold´s.
Americans, well I could spend all of this blog talking about Amercians. They are really funny as they are mostly called Todd and Peggy sue and walk around in a bubble of there own and open sentences with statements like "Well I know we are from the USA and not a lot of people like us but...................." Dear oh dear me. Every movie I have watched and thought, they cannot really be like that.............they are and then some! The Americans I meet that are not native do tend to make sure you know they have blood from elsewhere. Enough of that.
I am staying in a hostel which is just about as far out of town as you can get without being in France. It is a house and has a both roof and downstairs gardens just to read and chill out. A far cry from the noise of the city and my last hostel.
I am going to be moving back into the city next week to my third location. I am not sure about my movement afterthat as I am taking stuff more day by day. Perhaps I will not go to Madrid or somewhere smaller such as Valencia? I do not know yet.
I have now visited 90% of the attractions that I wish to see, with Camp Noo being my last stop off. I have been working hard to get into the underbelly of the city and get away from the tourist side.
Washing my clothes in the sink has become something that I now enjoy as I am doing it every day as the washing machines are 10 Euros to use.
Met a German guy whose named sounds like when you prepare your through to cough up a lugi! OOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGSSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTT, or something like that? Anyway he could crush a beer can with one hand and is was quite impressive.
Take care everyone and I will see you soon.
