Nick -Willy is reluctant to post a blog in fear of facing ridicule from you about the football....i told him that the blog is not the only place where he's subject to that and it's not always about the football!   I suppose at least I get my Wednesday nights back now....!

glad you both are still enjoying yourselves (and avery is still seein the sights) shame about the lack of alcohol for the utd game but at least you managed to watch it...i had to work and was gutted!

ian - manc is surviving without and the pub quiz team has had a few more victories under their belt so you're have big shoes to fill when you come back! Plus the beer has gone up not once, but twice in price! it's over£2.70 for a kronenbourg (f***in day light robbery!)

Ian glad you arrived in Hanoi ok Just been looking at some of the pics of Hanoi very busy place they seem to be very fond of BBQ BATS dont think I fancy them myself it looks a very bust place every thing sold on the road side. Halong Bay looks interesting if you can take the trip anyway will have a look at mor pics later also very short of the males species in veitnam women seem to do everything. Hi Ian Just wanted to know if you have got to Hanoi ok and what have you found out about the place etc. Nick hope you are making a full recovery. Take care , Ian have you got anymore pics would like to see some more,champions league tomorrow night should be able to get through but might be a bit troublesome. Rooney recovered from his injury at Liverpool so I think everyone is fit for the game. Liverpool v Barcelona tonight should be a good game will watch it with interest. Yo Ian, Mum was a bit upset she missed your call today, you seem to keep missing her :( Anyway Mum's had a lot of stuff up with Grandma, and I got a nice session yesterday of Grandma yesterday about how she wasn't going to get better and she won't make it til October (instead of next year it's now October) Apparently her phone that she bought is still in the box looking forward to getting that. Had an audition at Liverpool, which went well (i hope) really liked it so I'm a bit torn now between Lancaster and there. I suppose everyone on this board will be biased towards Lancaster though. I'm off to Leeds tonight as me and Maria recently made the wonderful discovery of Boogie Knights (which is basically Love Train) However I won't be taking advantage of the 2 for 1 deal on cocktails tonight as last week I had 4 cocktails 2 shots and won 2 free bottles of champagne that's right 2. I was alright until I was halfway down the second bottle of champagne, then well I wasn't alright. I felt the effects in the morning. I've got another play soon "The importance of being Earnest" but you sound like you'll be back the day after it, unless I can get the date changed with the other group. Enjoy the rest of your trip. Hi Ian sorry I only missed you by a few seconds ! Do you really think I would have missed the Liverpool Man Utd game. If you saw it they were awful but still a win is a win Chelsea on this afternoon will watch that one with interest. Sorry if I got things wrong wasnt trying to hide anything! I have been a bit upset by a few things and have been under pressure .Your dad has been in London this week and had to deal with a few things on my own not that I mind but things with Grandma have not been easy she is having physio on her arm and she has various hospital visits so it has been me and Auntie Ursula who have been left to deal with things.
