Mom decided to pick me up from school on a very sunny day. I was glad she was at least early. We then drove to Harbour Square and we took a shower and went to eat at a Chinese place called T&T. Then my mom and I went to the nail salon.
We all settled in the car after packing. As we drove past the house, my siblings and I say goodbye to our house and we headed to an awesome adventure.
It took a while for the car drive. We were all sleepy or sleeping at one point. It wasn't long when we parked the car and got into the terminals with our luggage. As we go through the usual steps, mom lost her expensive watch during the "check" process. After many stressful moments of the watch, it turns out the watch was in her bag all this time.
We decided to eat quite fast before we went on the plane. Stephen ate Wendy's and Julia and Dad ate Burger King.
We boarded the plane on time and I was super glad to see that our seats were the 2nd row up on the front behind first class!!! The flight took about 3 and a half hours and it was very nausea. We all basically slept on the plane. I hope my nausea goes away soon because I hate it when I have nausea.
The Houston, TX airport has many things stored for us!!! We finished a delicious breakfast! I ate a plate of tater tots, scrambled eggs and grits with a cup of water. I didn't finished my bagel due to the disgustingness of it. The breakfast place I ate was Market Fresh Meals. Personally, Dad did not like the meals here and my mom agreed.
As we finished breakfast, we managed to go shopping around a few places like the duty free shop. Until it was 8:55am we a boarded the plane. This flight was way better than the last I have to agree on. The seats were roomier and comfortable and very colorful. It only took 2 and a half hours. I mostly slept through the flight and the funny thing was I was sleeping with my mouth open and breathing from my mouth HAHA.
Once we got off the plane, we went through the process of coming to Mexico as immigrants. We even visited the duty shop there! Then we traveled all the way to find a very nice and polite tour guide who guided us to the women who would explain the hotel stuff and gave us a day pass at the Moon Palace hotel where my cousin was staying.
We traveled a van to our hotel called the Casa Magna Hotel Marriott. It was a very fun day :)
