Well, after finally getting rid of jetlag, I had a wonderful weekend exploring Perth and Freemantle. I spent saturday at the Freemantle market with Linda, buying fruits and vegetables (which are cheaper here than at the grocery store, but still expensive! peppers (called capsicum here) are about $10/kg!!!) for the week ahead. Well, I made it! Off to eat a full meal for the first time since I left. I'm the only one in my flat, so it's pretty quiet! Everyone will be arriving this weekend, so I'm looking forward to a little more commotion. It's a little colder, in the 60's, but it's supposed to get cold and rainy this afternoon.
