I am the current President of this fine country and am concerned as to how this man gained access !! He seems to be free-loading off the Peruvian people whilst keeping his hands firmly in his pockets (Makes me wonder why). He is so tight, he can peel an orange in his pocket so he doesn't have to share. Get me the number for Immigration services..........
