Day 3! So laura woke me up by being a noisy b***** at 9 am !! Of course i slept for a bit longer once she left but once i got up i had some breakfast & sorted myself out. When laura came back from work at 12 we ate again (no suprise there!) and then decided to go into christchurch, right into the city. It was so beautiful and so amazing to see the earthquake effects - houses with smashed windows and destroyed buildings. Since the quake, shops have been created in shipping containers and get moved around the city - so i had a cuppa tea (very english thing here!) sat on top of a shipping container looking over the city. After we walked down to a street market and looked at some pretty cool things followed by a wander around the sites and sat by the little river! So strange to see trams going through the town centre aswel! Dinner time eventually came and we had dominos pizza!!
