Hi everyone,

Not that much to update you with but thought I would send you another post just in case I dont get round to doing one before Christmas! I think my most exciting news is that I've been invited to my first "Works Christmas Do" and the english department are all off out for a meal and then for a few drinks next Saturday. Things are definitely becoming very Christmassy around here, but I don't think its quite as OTT as in England, which I kind of miss...there are not really any Christmas lights up on houses or anything which is a bit dissappointing, but we have our own inside the flat so thats ok!

I have also started teaching piano out here...yes strange as it may sound! The family who has basically adopted me with their two children heard me playing when we were away with choir and we got to talking about when I taught piano at home a few years ago and she asked if I would want to give lessons to her kids, so I started on Tuesday. Its great, we do 1/2 hour of english and 1/2 hour of piano (in english!) with each of them and they are loving it which is great. I'm even going out to cinema and for food with the whole family tomorrow!

We have got quite a few things lined up between now and end of term...I'm supposed to be cooking christmas dinner for our Spanish friends and we have a few christmas parties to go to and then I will be home which will be very strange...I'm going to have to speak in English all the time! Anyway, I will hope to catch up with you all over Christmas and tell you all the fun things that Ive been up to (and before anyone asks, no I haven't got a tan because its about 4 degrees here at the moment, so my legs haven't been out since the beginning of october!
